Working time account in the employee overview
Flexible adjustment – via the option "Show/hide columns" you can easily show or hide the "Working time account" column.
Recorded working times/day analysis (Beta): Optimized calendar view
The new optimized calendar view is now available! With this update, we offer you an even clearer presentation of your recorded working times and an improved day analysis.
Improved readability of weekdays and dates – All entries are more clearly structured so that you can capture the relevant information at a glance.
More transparent display of the year – The full date including the year is now consistently displayed to avoid confusion.
Optimized calendar view – Intuitive navigation allows you to quickly switch between days, weeks, and months and analyze working times more efficiently.

All scheduled employees visible in recorded working times
All scheduled employees now automatically appear in the recorded working times
Requirement: A published duty roster is available

Manage absences directly in the employee planner
Absences can be created and deleted directly in the employee planner
No detour via additional menus anymore – faster access, quicker planning
Clearly and neatly integrated in the view


Temporary shifts visible in the monthly planner
The display of temporary shifts is now visible in the monthly planner
Separate row for temporary shifts – As soon as an employee is selected, all scheduled temporary shifts now appear clearly in their own row.
Better visibility – This improved display prevents misunderstandings and ensures that temporary shifts can be clearly distinguished from regular shifts.

More transparency with desired times
From now on, desired times are displayed as a tooltip when they differ from the assigned shift. This way, you can see at a glance whether and where adjustments are necessary.
Desired times as tooltip – As soon as a desired time deviates from the assigned shift, a practical hint box appears.
Direct display in the shift details – In the shift details, you can now also see the desired times, so adjustments can be made faster and more targeted.


If a desired time is present, it is now also displayed in the modal of the shift details

Show user name when changing recorded working times
Every change to the recorded working times is now displayed with the name of the person who made it
