Recorded working times
Here you will find the start and end times for each day of the employees who worked on the respective day. These working times are recorded using an app. Employees clock in and out using this app.

This view offers many advantages and includes some functionality that may not be immediately obvious at first glance:
The net working times and break times are clearly displayed. This ensures that it is immediately visible how many minutes of breaks the employees took on the respective day.
Employees can be sorted by their last names. This makes it easier to find specific employees when reviewing working times.
Positions can be filtered. This allows the site manager to better review the times for specific areas of the location.
If corrections to break times are necessary, these can be added.
The business day boundaries are shown in the footer of the “Recorded working times” section. This makes it clear at the end of the day which working times are assigned to the respective business day.
If an employee forgot to record their times, they can simply be added via the “Add employee” option by entering their name or personnel number. This applies both to employees of the own location and employees who are allowed to be loaned to this location.
In the bottom right, the different working hours are shown in detail: Manager, Crew, Trainee, Apprentices, and a total sum. It also indicates how many hours were worked at operational positions. Whether a position is operational is defined in the local settings under General → Positions.
If the “Photo required when clocking” function is activated, the photos taken when clocking in and out are displayed here. For multiple shifts in one day, only the first and last photo are shown. The photos are only displayed once both the clock-in and clock-out times have been recorded.
Displaying Labor Law Violations
This function can be optionally activated for each location and allows the site manager to display all labor law violations and also filter the recorded working times according to the working times with labor law violations.

This way, the working times that need to be checked most urgently are immediately in view.
