Upload of Employee Documents
Using the central document upload, multiple documents can be uploaded simultaneously into Nesto and assigned to the corresponding employees. These documents are then – if desired – also available in the employee app.
For this, document folders corresponding to the desired categories (e.g., pay slips, contracts, etc.) must first be created in the global settings. The folder names can be freely chosen.
The correct assignment of the documents in Nesto is then done via the file name, which must include both the folder name and the personnel number. The file names of the desired documents must be coordinated with Nesto support.
The assignment to the correct employee is made based on the personnel number. This assignment works across the entire tenant. However, it requires that the personnel number is unique.
For example, a file named:
“15012_04129_Doe, John Jamie_04_2021_Brutto_Netto_90P.pdf”
can be assigned to the employee with personnel number 04129 in tenant number 15012 and the folder pay slips.

Split PDF
PDF files containing documents for different employees can be split into individual files. Afterwards, the individual files can be downloaded as a zip archive. After extracting the zip archive, the individual files can be assigned to employees under “Upload of Employee Documents.”
