Employee

The employee master data form the basis for many functionalities in Nesto. For example, staff scheduling or payroll export directly depend on correctly and completely maintained employee data. In Nesto, there are two views available for the master data:

• The menu item Master Data focuses on managing all employees of the selected organization unit.

• Under the menu item Personnel File, cross-organizational management of employees is possible. Here, all employees accessible are displayed—regardless of which organization unit the employee is assigned to or which organization unit is selected. It is possible to search and filter across all displayed employees. Numerous filter options are available for this purpose.

Additionally, in this area, you will find a monthly vacation plan (Vacation Overview) as well as an overview of the total remaining vacation entitlements of the employees at a location (Vacation Reduction).
