Wage cost simulation and wage cost report
With the labor cost simulation, you get an overview of the labor costs for the day and the month so far, including the estimated ancillary wage costs. This enables high cost transparency.
How can I check the labor costs?
To do this, click under “Recorded working hours” the three dots and “Today’s wage evaluation“

How do I know if an employee forgot to clock out?
You can either check this directly in the working time overview or click on the warning triangle in the simulated labor costs window to display all notes for that day:

Labor Cost Report
To quickly get an overview of the labor costs for the day, we offer the “Labour cost report” functionality. This is located at the top right of the row where changes to working times are saved and the day closing is performed:

When the button for the labor cost report (far left) is pressed, an Excel sheet is automatically created that lists the labor costs for the selected day, the corresponding calendar week, and the running month.
The labor cost report only includes the hours of the positions marked as “operative Station” (operative position). Salaries are also not listed in the labor cost report!
In the labor cost report, all relevant wage types are listed separately, and all contract types are shown separately. This enables a detailed review of the incurred labor costs. Additionally, the corresponding sales in the respective periods are displayed to obtain productivity based on employee hours at operative positions.
