Employee details

The employee details provide an overview of all shifts recorded for each employee in a month (including paid sick leave). The total number of hours worked is displayed at the top.

They include, among other things, regularly paid shifts, short-time allowance, or SFN surcharges. All information available to Nesto is shown. To ensure this information is correctly reflected in the payroll export, the payroll configuration must be set correctly.

In Nesto, working time is given in industrial minutes. This means, for example, that 8 hours and 30 minutes are displayed as 8.5.

There are also a few features in the employee details that are not immediately obvious. For example, you can directly switch to the employee’s contract data by selecting the employee’s name highlighted in turquoise. Additionally, the basic contract details can be displayed via the button at the top right. This allows you to quickly verify whether the contract data has been entered correctly.

In addition to labor costs, the ancillary wage costs are also displayed. The labor costs are, as always in Nesto, calculated based on the actual labor costs incurred, including all surcharges. The ancillary wage costs are calculated according to the preliminary payroll and the calculated ancillary wage costs according to the contract type (with reduced ancillary wage costs for marginally employed and student assistants) (may differ from the actual payroll).
