General employee data

Contact Information, PIN, and Personnel Number
The contact information in the employee master data includes basic details that are relevant for communication and accessibility of the employees.
This contact information is crucial to ensure smooth communication between the company and the employees. It also serves as a basis for various administrative processes. For example, the email address is needed for employee access to Nesto and the employee app. The PIN is used for recording working time, and the date of birth is required to plan breaks in compliance with youth labor protection laws during shift scheduling.
How can the email address be changed if system access has already been activated?
If system access has already been activated, there are three ways to change the email address:
Via Personal Settings
Employees who need to change their email address can do so themselves.
Via the Employee App
Employees who need to change their email address can do so themselves.Via Employee Master Data
To change the email address here, system access must first be deactivated. After that, the field can be edited and system access reactivated. How to transfer an employee to another location
Ideally, the transfer should take place at the end of the month so that payroll at the old location is completed and the employee can be scheduled and correctly accounted for at the new location starting from the new month.
To do this, click on the Master Data under General on the pencil icon.

Select the desired location under Organization.
