Release labor schedule

To release the labor schedule and make it visible to the employees, click on the following icon in the top right corner of the toolbar:

Dienstplanfreigabe.png

A window will now appear where you can select the period for the release. The small green check marks next to the date indicate for which days a staff schedule has already been released. The orange check marks mean that a staff schedule has already been released for these days but changes have been made since. This means you should release these days again so that your employees are up to date.

Once you have selected the desired period and set the corresponding check marks, you can release the staff schedule.

Ensure Compliance with Requirements When Releasing the Labor Schedule

A released labor schedule should comply with legal regulations and meet the company's expectations. To achieve these goals, it can be configured so that days cannot be released if certain requirements are not met.

The list of requirements can be customized individually for each organization unit via support. If needed, please contact frage@nesto-software.de
