Labor scheduling
Under labor scheduling, you will find the Day Planner, Week Planner, Month Planner, and Employee Planner, where you can view and create your shift schedule.
What are the differences between Day, Week, Month, and Employee Planners?
The different planners are always synchronized, so you can see the current status of your labor scheduling in every view.
There are various ways to create the perfect shift schedule. Our recommended approach is to do rough planning in the Month Planner followed by fine-tuning in the Day Planner, aiming to plan every hour perfectly. At the same time, we also support planning in the employee-centered week or month view.
More information about the Day Planner can be found here.

Borrowing Employees from Other Locations
Nesto enables borrowing employees who are to be temporarily assigned to another location. This is particularly useful for the following reasons:
Seasonal Fluctuations: During seasonal peaks or unexpected workloads, borrowing staff can help meet labor demands without hiring new employees.
Specialized Skills: If a specific store or location requires staff with specialized qualifications, these can be temporarily borrowed from another store to bridge shortages.
Efficiency Improvement: By enabling flexible deployment of staff across different locations, stores can use their workforce more efficiently and better respond to workload fluctuations.
Resource Sharing: Companies can optimize resources by deploying their personnel where they are most needed, instead of having excessive staff at one location and shortages at another.
