Special payments
Special payments are additional monetary benefits that go beyond the regular salary. These can include bonuses, premiums, Christmas bonuses, or other one-time payments made to employees as recognition, reward, or on special occasions. The conditions for such special payments are usually specified in the employment contract, collective agreement, or company policies.
Special payments must be configured in the payroll settings during onboarding.
Special payments can be added via the plus sign in the upper right corner of the page. Please note that for negative amounts, such as salary advances, a minus sign must precede the number (-400€).
