Location transmission
Location transmission can only be used in conjunction with selected payroll processors (e.g., SK-Office). For all other payroll processors, many payroll programs offer interfaces in the export area.
Definition
Location transmission lists all employee movement data, separated by wage type. It serves to create monthly payroll exports for transmission to payroll accounting. It can also be performed within a month (i.e., mid-month). For wage recipients, this is a popular form of payroll processing. The recalculation format is relevant here: the payroll export is always only possible up to yesterday.
Location transmission creates a payroll export for “Lodas” (directly to SKO Office, where it can be downloaded), enabling preparatory payroll accounting with just two clicks.
Process of Location Transmission (full month):
The previous month is selected by default. Go to → Create export and show preview (nothing is transmitted to payroll accounting yet!)
In the preview, you can check whether the hours, including all wage types, SFN surcharges, etc., are correct.
If everything is correct, the data can be transmitted to payroll accounting using the “Transmit payroll data” button.
Important: All days must be confirmed for transmission to be possible. How to close a day can be found here.
Process of Location Transmission (mid-month)
For mid-month payroll processing (with recalculation format), a payroll export can be created as of a cut-off date in the current month. The procedure during the current month is almost identical to the classic location transmission (see above). One important exception is the following: The confirmation of days as a function must currently still be deactivated for this!
To fully process the already mid-month settled month in the following month, recalculation is necessary:
→ For this, the location transmission must be regenerated for the previous month. This updates the month with the figures of the remaining month. The transmission of the payroll export for the previous month can then be sent again via “Transmit payroll data.”

Using the Recalculation Format
In the local settings of the affected location, it can be set that location transmission is automatically sent as a recalculation format. Here, it can be defined from which day the location data is transmitted.
