Account Access

If the email address of the employee is stored, the account invitation can be sent in various languages (German DE, English GB, German CH, Polish PL). The employee can then download the Nesto Mitarbeiter app and log in to their personal account.

Password

The password can be set by the user themselves; if the password is forgotten, it can be reset here.

My Nesto (Employee App)

The employee app serves optimal employee communication (new shift plan, preferred times, etc.). Which accesses can be enabled in the My Nesto - employee app can be individually configured at any time.

Nesto Backoffice

In the Nesto Backoffice, all other activities can be performed. For the Backoffice, predefined roles (1), individual permissions (2), or a combination of both (1 + 2) can be used. User roles themselves cannot be modified. Permissions are assigned not only individually for each employee but also separately for each location. For example, an employee can have the Manager role at one location, the Assistant role at another location, and only a single individual permission (e.g., control of recorded working times) at a third location.

It is generally possible to grant each user additional individual permissions. If a role has too few permissions, more permissions can be added. Conversely, if a role has too many permissions, a role with fewer permissions or no role can be selected for the employee, and then individual permissions can be assigned. An overview of the authorization concept and the different roles helps with the selection of user roles.
